Human Resource Manager
I lead people operations with professionalism, empathy, and strong organizational focus. I support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and staff development while promoting a respectful and productive workplace. My role ensures MiRight attracts, supports, and retains talented team members aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Executive Director
Walubengo is a technologist and founder of MiRight, driven by equal access to justice. A Computer Science graduate (Strathmore), he previously built products at Magezi & Finsol before launching MiRight to help under-served Kenyans understand their rights through relatable media.
Head of Research
Samson leads evidence-driven content and youth justice studies. His work turns data into practical tips Kenyans can act on—at home, work, or when facing authorities.
Legal Counsel
Advocate with experience in constitutional rights, labour, children and family law—supporting pro bono pathways for vulnerable users.
Programs Manager
Aaron is a passionate digital communicator and Program Manager at MiRight, dedicated to advancing human rights and social justice. He combines strong leadership, storytelling, and digital advocacy to amplify marginalized voices, engage communities, coordinate impactful programs, and inspire collective action for change.
